November saw us putting up the wall panels. Suddenly we had a building.

These are the guys from Bondor responsible for doing all the hard work putting the walls up and the roof on. They've got a great sense of humour and are doing a fabulous job to boot.

And this is our team of people from DEPS (Dairy Engineering Products and Services) who are putting all the machinery together. As you can imagine there is a lot of work involved here and these guys really put in the hard yards. From left to right we have Kevin, Wayne, Deryck and Nigel. Thanks for all the great work guys!

Apart from building a factory there are a lot of other things to consider. Like water for instance. We are putting in a whole new water management system. In November we started construction on two settling ponds. Water will be pumped from our bore and recycled three times through the ponds before it is put back into the water table. This has also helped us manage the water in a more environmentally friendly way for the dairy. The water going back into the water table will much cleaner than it was in the past.
