In 2010 we won our first Gold medal for this fantastic product.  <BR><BR><IMG border=0 alt="" src="http://www.countryvalley.com.au//editimages/Lite.jpg"><BR><BR>Our LITE milk comes in one and two litre bottles.  LITE  milk must be less than 2% fat, so for those of you who would like a little less fat in your milk give this one a try.  We have had so many compliments about the great taste of our LITE milk.  Try this and be your own judge.  To create our great tasting LITE milk we take out only enough cream to make it 98% fat free.  We do not add permeate or stabilisers.  Our LITE milk has won Gold medals at the 2005 and 2006 Cheese and Dairy Produce Shows and Silver medals at the 2007, 2008 , 2009 and 2010 shows.  <BR><BR><IMG border=0 alt="" src="http://www.countryvalley.com.au//editimages/skim.jpg"><BR><BR>And for those of you who really want all the taste and none of the fat then our skim milk is for you.  Less than 0.1% fat really means no fat at all but we get rave reviews from our customers about our great tasting skim milk.  It's available in one and two litre bottles. To create this fabulous product we only take cream out and do not add in anything back in, including permeate or stabilisers.  You'll only get milk in this bottle.  Our skim milk has also won Gold medals at the 2005 and 2006 Cheese and Dairy Produce and Silver medals at the 2007, 2008 and 2009 shows.  In 2010 we again were awarded a Gold Medal for best skim milk on the market.<BR><BR><IMG border=0 alt="" src="http://www.countryvalley.com.au//editimages//orgfc.JPG"><BR><BR><BR><IMG border=0 alt="" src="http://www.countryvalley.com.au//editimages//orglite.JPG"><BR><BR>Our organic milk is farmed in Moss Vale  and Nowra on fully certified organic farms and is available in full cream and lite in one and two litre bottles.  It is farmed without the use of pesticides, herbicides or chemicals.  Our factory is fully certified by Australian Certified Organics to process organic milk.  We ensure that our conventional and organic milk products are processed and stored separately as per our Organic Management Plan to ensure the integrity of our organic milk is maintained.  Our organic milk is 100% milk with nothing added.  The best milk around for sure. In 2006 and 2007,we won Silver medals for the lite and full cream at the Cheese and Dairy Produce Shows and in 2010 we scooped the pool with Gold Medals for both products.</FONT></P> </body>
