Did you know that many big brands add 12% permeate to their milk and it is not on the label! Permeate is a by-product from the production of skim milk, a thin watery substance that acts as a cheap filler. Country Valley does not add permeate or for that matter anything else to its milk. You just get 100% milk and nothing else.
